The Service is the software Roniversal uses to run its installation business: intake of customer requests, pricing and quoting of installation work, appointment scheduling, and customer updates over WhatsApp. Most of it is used by Roniversal staff. Customers encounter it through a public request form, a quote link sent to them, and messages about their appointment.

These terms cover use of the application. The commercial terms of doing business with Roniversal — sales, delivery, warranty and returns — are set out in the site's תקנון. Where the two conflict on a commercial matter, the תקנון governs.

Staff accounts are issued by Roniversal and are personal. Do not share credentials or let another person act under your account. Tell us immediately at info@roniversal.co.il if you believe an account has been compromised.

Administrators control which data other users can see, and are responsible for the integrations they connect on the business's behalf — including the Google Calendar connection described below.

We may suspend or withdraw access where an account is being misused, where it is necessary to protect customer data, or where the law requires it.

Prices, towing-capacity figures and product recommendations shown in the Service are estimates produced from vehicle data and supplier price lists. They depend on the details supplied about the vehicle and on the condition of the vehicle itself, and a final price is confirmed only after inspection by an installer.

A quote link is not an offer capable of acceptance on its own and does not reserve stock or an installation slot. A booking becomes an appointment only once Roniversal confirms it. Quote links expire and may be withdrawn.

Vehicle and towing information is provided for guidance. Legal responsibility for complying with licensing and roadworthiness requirements remains with the vehicle owner.

An administrator may connect one Google Calendar to the Service. Doing so authorises Roniversal to read events on that calendar and to create, update and delete events for appointments managed in the Service, using the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.

Roniversal's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not use it to train machine-learning or AI models, and do not sell or transfer it to third parties.

An administrator may disconnect the calendar at any time from the Appointments screen, which deletes the stored credentials immediately. Access can also be revoked directly from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Details are in our Privacy Policy and on the about page.

Roniversal sends service messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, quotes and replies to enquiries — over the WhatsApp Business Platform, to the number a customer provided. These are service messages relating to a request the customer made.

A customer can ask to stop receiving them at any time by replying to the conversation or writing to info@roniversal.co.il. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp and on the customer's network, and is not guaranteed.

You agree not to:

• access data you are not authorised to see, or attempt to defeat access controls
• scrape, bulk-download or resell pricing, catalogue or customer data from the Service
• submit another person's details without a lawful basis, or submit knowingly false vehicle or contact information
• interfere with the Service's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use it to send unsolicited messages

The Service, its interface, and the pricing and catalogue data within it belong to Roniversal or its suppliers, and are provided for use of the Service only. Content you submit — vehicle details, photographs, documents — remains yours; you grant Roniversal permission to use it to provide the Service, and you confirm you are entitled to submit it.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue parts of it. Maintenance windows and third-party outages (Google, WhatsApp, hosting and payment providers) may interrupt availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Roniversal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability for the installation work itself is governed by the תקנון and by applicable consumer law, not by this document.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
