About this application
Roniversal is the internal application of Roniversal, a vehicle accessory installation business in Israel. Staff use it to take customer requests, price and quote installation work (tow bars, multimedia systems, dash cameras, security systems), schedule installation appointments, and keep customers informed over WhatsApp.
The application is used by the business's own employees. Customers interact with it indirectly — through a public request form, a quote link sent to them, and WhatsApp messages about their appointment.
How Roniversal uses your Google Calendar data
A business administrator connects one Google Calendar to Roniversal, once. We request a single scope:

That scope grants read and write access, and Roniversal uses both. On the connected calendar only, the application:
- Reads events — start and end time, title, description and attendees — so it can show the appointment schedule in the app and send WhatsApp confirmations and reminders before each installation.
- Creates an event when a staff member books an installation appointment in Roniversal.
- Updates an event when that appointment is rescheduled or its details change.
- Deletes an event when the appointment is cancelled.
Roniversal touches only the calendar an administrator explicitly connected. It does not access any other Google service, does not use Google user data for advertising or to train any model, and does not sell it or transfer it to third parties.
Storage and retention
Connecting a calendar gives Roniversal a Google refresh token. It is encrypted before it is stored, and it is used for one purpose: renewing access so appointment reminders keep going out when no administrator is signed in.
Event content is read on demand and is not copied into a long-term archive. The appointment records Roniversal keeps are the ones the business created inside Roniversal itself.
Disconnecting and deleting your data
- Sign in to Roniversal as an administrator, open the Appointments screen and choose Disconnect Google Calendar. This stops the calendar notification channel and deletes the stored refresh token immediately — access ends at that moment.
- You can revoke access yourself at any time from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- To request deletion of any remaining data, email info@roniversal.co.il.
WhatsApp messaging
Roniversal sends appointment confirmations and reminders over the WhatsApp Business Platform, using the phone number the customer gave the business. Google Calendar data is used to decide when a reminder is due and which appointment it refers to; it is not shared with anyone outside the business.

כיצד רוניברסל משתמשת בנתוני יומן Google
מנהל מערכת מחבר יומן Google אחד ליישום, פעם אחת. אנו מבקשים הרשאה אחת:

ההרשאה מאפשרת קריאה וכתיבה כאחד, והיישום עושה שימוש בשתיהן — ביומן המחובר בלבד:
- קריאת אירועים — שעת התחלה וסיום, כותרת, תיאור ומשתתפים — כדי להציג את לוח התורים ביישום ולשלוח אישורי תור ותזכורות ב־WhatsApp לפני כל התקנה.
- יצירת אירוע כאשר איש צוות קובע תור התקנה ביישום.
- עדכון אירוע כאשר התור נדחה או שפרטיו משתנים.
- מחיקת אירוע כאשר התור מבוטל.
היישום ניגש אך ורק ליומן שמנהל המערכת חיבר במפורש. הוא אינו ניגש לשירותי Google אחרים, אינו עושה שימוש בנתוני המשתמש לצורכי פרסום או לאימון מודלים, ואינו מוכר או מעביר אותם לצדדים שלישיים.
אחסון ושמירת נתונים
חיבור היומן מספק ליישום אסימון רענון (refresh token) של Google. האסימון מוצפן לפני שהוא נשמר, ומשמש למטרה אחת בלבד: חידוש הגישה כדי שתזכורות התורים ימשיכו להישלח גם כשאף מנהל אינו מחובר.
תוכן האירועים נקרא לפי הצורך ואינו מועתק לארכיון ארוך טווח. רשומות התורים שהיישום שומר הן אלה שנוצרו בתוך רוניברסל עצמה.
ניתוק החיבור ומחיקת הנתונים
- היכנסו ליישום כמנהלי מערכת, פתחו את מסך התורים ובחרו ניתוק יומן Google. הפעולה עוצרת את ערוץ ההתראות מהיומן ומוחקת מיד את אסימון הרענון השמור — הגישה נפסקת באותו רגע.
- ניתן גם לבטל את ההרשאה בכל עת ישירות מ־Google, בכתובת https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

הודעות WhatsApp
רוניברסל שולחת אישורי תור ותזכורות דרך פלטפורמת WhatsApp Business, למספר הטלפון שהלקוח מסר לעסק. נתוני יומן Google משמשים כדי לקבוע מתי תזכורת אמורה להישלח ולאיזה תור היא מתייחסת; הם אינם משותפים עם גורם כלשהו מחוץ לעסק.
